In the Spring of 1995, I had a study done of my unique gifts and motivations by People Management. using their SIMA methodology, and founded on the biblical premise that God gives every individual a unique pattern of gifts and motivations, People Management, Inc included among its clients many major corporations, health and financial services, educational institutions, non-profit and religious organizations The career guidence People Management, Inc helped place people determine the best positions to use their gifts and particular working styles.
I am motivated to work with concepts and ideas and with people of all ages - provoking interest and response - while developing creative ways to "pass on" understanding.

Project Oriented
I enjoy applying my gifts to specific opportunities or challenges - combining thorough research with an ability to evaluate, select and develop. Under pressure and stress, I persevere in overcoming obstacles. I will persist in a task until it is completed. I am open to innovation.
An Individualist
I work best doing things myself, with a degree of independence, time for the research and development of projects, and team support. I thrive on new challenges and projects which will use my creative energies. I enjoy doing office work as well - correspondence, communications, and other administrative tasks - and can enhance my endeavors with computer skills.
A Communicator
Frequent public speaking opportunities: speaking, teaching, story telling, are essential to me. I can speak extemporaneously, and relate ideas to daily life, drawing from my preparation, areas of interest, and involvements with people. I am able to articulate concepts in ways that convey clear meaning. As a story teller, I attract and hold the interest of all ages. Opportunities to attend workshops and seminars would make me a valuable resource person.
Team Oriented
I function well as part of a team because my working style is that of a key contributor, who brings his own particular gifts, experience, knowledge and skills to bear in supporting and developing the decisions and work of the team. I desire a collaborative and encouraging relationship with those I work with and plenty of stimulation and input from the staff or team.
