Kayumba is a house the Henry Krabbendam built in Uganda about halfway between Entebbe and Kampala. It can sleep quite a few people - and while we were there, it was being used by several ACTI Teams. It is close to New Life Presbyterian Church, Kajjansi, where I have ministered and preached on three different mission trips to Uganda in 2001, 2003 and 2005. Just down the hillside from Kayumba is Bethel Covenant College, a high school built by Rashid Luzwa - while we were there School was out for break, but a Youth Rally was being held. Africa Bible College is also very close. We toured the campus, still under construction and had fellowship with Dr. O. Palmer Robertson and his wife Joanna and family. ABC is actually, in Uganda a University and expects to open in September, 2005.
