Technical experience
I have more than 4 years experience developing task-oriented technical information for enterprise-class data management software, including databases and administrative tools. I have authored content in the DITA XML and IBM IDDoc SGML markup languages for multiple output formats, including XHTML topics for Eclipse-based information centers, online help, and Adobe PDF format. I am experienced with the reuse of content between different topics and information units, between different products and across versions of a single product.
I have authored technical content for a mainframe database management system and Eclipse-based data management tools, including SQL monitoring and optimization tools.
