Sarah and Bruno Balogh Missionaries in Hungary International Messengers
Missionaries in Hungary
. . . . February 7th, 2007 . . . .
Greetings from Kaposvar, February 7, 2007
It is so amazing to see time flying by! Many of you haven't heard from me in a long time and for that I apologize. Many things have been happening, computers have crashed once or twice, cold season is among us, and life and ministry continue on.
First of all, I'd like to announce that in August (around the 10th), Bruno & I are awaiting our second child! I still do not know if it's a boy or girl; but many doctors' appointments await.
English Camp Plans for Summer
Second of all, God has changed our plans for this summer due to a couple factors. Barb, my co-worker has a team coming from her home church in Georgia for only a week of ministry and a day camp during the second week of July... and so we won't have the formal "Tamasi" or full English camp. Please pray for me to be able to come along side of Barb and help her with the planning and really be an encouragement to her and a great team member. This is a new ministry and new territory for each of us, and so we are really dependant on the Lord for His plan and not our own. The great thing is, both of us have peace about this decision! God has worked out a great relationship and partnership with the Baptist Church here in Kaposvar, and so we are working more alongside one church... it is wonderful.
Other Odds & Ends
Another ministry opportunity to help with English classes with Calvary Chapel on Tuesdays evenings, will open up even more opportunities. I think my best friend Judit will come, she is also expecting her second little one 2 weeks after me, she will attend to learn English. But, my greater hope is that she will learn the truth of Jesus & build more relationships with believers. Also, I invited Ingrid, who is learning for her medical exam! I think her heart is open towards the Lord, but still doesn't understand about how to have a personal relationship with Jesus!
Thank you for your prayers, your support and your giving! I have other news, that I have a Washington phone number. You can call me for the same cost it would cost for you to call Everett! So, the number is 425-367-4829. Know that I am 9 hours ahead of Pacific Central Time.
